Indaba Registration 2014

Thank you to everyone who has bought tickets to attend the Indaba on Saturday 22nd February 2014. Ticket sales are now CLOSED! See you in 2015! 

FBI2014 is taking place on Saturday 22nd February at The Double Tree by Hilton Upper Eastside Hotel, 31 Brickfield Road, Woodstock, Cape Town. Registration opens at 8am sharp. Please use our dedicated hashtag #FBI2014 if you want to tweet about us beforehand or on the day!

Please note that right of admission is reserved!

Tickets are limited – there are only 110 available so don’t leave it till the last minute to buy yours. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A “PAY NOW” BUTTON BELOW THE REGISTRATION FORM FOR EASY PAYMENT.

The cost of a single ticket is R850. The Indaba is having to pay for the venue and all the food and refreshments this time (excepting wine with lunch which we will pay a corkage fee for) so unfortunately the ticket prices have had to be increased accordingly. This cost is inclusive of all available refreshments, lunch (with wine) and two afternoon workshops. Please note that no ticket refunds can be given under any circumstances. If you are unable to use your ticket, you are welcome to re-sell it privately it or give it away, but no refunds can be given once payment is made. 

Please take a look at the AGENDA 2014 page and choose your afternoon workshops BEFORE you fill in the registration form. Places in workshops are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. NOTE: The Advanced Food Photography Workshop is now FULLY BOOKED!

You may all attend TWO afternoon workshops, one from the early afternoon A sessions, and one from the B sessions taking place after tea break. The list of options will be available soon.

Each delegate is entitled to receive ONE goodie bag filled with fabulous sponsored products. These will be handed out at the end of the day as soon as workshops have been completed.

If you have any specific dietary requirements ie Kosher/Halaal or allergies please go to the contact us page NOW and let me know. Please stipulate if you are STRICTLY HALAAL! 

Please fill out the form in its entirety and don’t forget to click the SUBMIT button as this is the only way that we will receive notification of your registration. Please submit only ONE form per person otherwise it means you book twice! If you think it might not have gone through pop me a query via the contact me page and I can check it for you – this will save much confusion later.

Once you have clicked SUBMIT please click on the PAY NOW BUTTON BELOW to purchase your ticket otherwise your booking will not be confirmed. Please see the different options for payment listed below.

You will receive a booking confirmation and your ticket via email once payment has been received by us. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of ticket orders.

Payfast is a reliable and trustworthy company offering different methods of payment. You can pay via EFT, credit card (Mastercard or Visa), MIMoney (supported by Standard Bank) or UKash (vouchers available in 50 countries worldwide). If you are a first-time buyer you will be asked to create a profile on the Payfast page.
