Food stylist and passionate cook with a flare for food, whether it be styling or cooking ~ these words describe Sarah Dall.
With a natural born love of the arts its not surprising that Sarah succumbed to prop collecting and she now has the most eclectic mix of things to her name. She spends her spare time creating new dishes and flipping through the latest foodie magazines!
In her own words:
“Food and cooking are my passions. For as long as I can remember I have known that my career would have to revolve around my love of cookery. I was trained at Silwood School of Cookery, and graduated with the Grand Diplome. Since then I’ve worked at award-winning restaurants, assisted some of Cape Town’s top food stylists, and have been a private chef for discerning international clients.
Currently I work as a freelance food stylist, product and recipe developer, prop-sourcer and chef. My styling work (showcased under ‘work’) has appeared in recipe books, magazines, menus, advertising and packaging. I have worked with some of Cape Town’s top photographers. I love the creativity of my job.”
Sarah is presenting a Food Styling workshop at the Indaba on Saturday!
