THE AGENDA FOR FBI 2011

Last evening as I was working on my pc I made an amazing discovery…one that shot me out of my seat in surprise. It was the 1st of February, the first day of the month of love. New Year came and January went without so much as a goodbye! And with a sickening feeling I calculated that fbi2011 is less than 3 weeks away. Thrilling and angst-inducing at the same time. The butterflies started their party in my tummy again and the rescue remedy bottle was pulled closer!! The next couple of weeks are going to pass in a blur of busyness for me and probably can’t pass soon enough for all of you. Suffice to say that I am slogging away here behind the scenes, working day and night to bring you an awesome event and experience. Sponsors are coming on board every day and the goodie bags are getting heavier and heavier.

I have been working on the agenda for the Indaba for the past few weeks, adjusting here, tweaking there….adding something, taking something else out…..and it will probably still need a couple of minor adjustments in some places. But generally, it is all there now and ready for you to take a look at. The presenter’s short bio’s will be featured in some upcoming blogposts so do watch out for them.

The photographic workshops have been oversubscribed and to accommodate everyone I have split the one workshop into TWO. There are therefore now places available again at Option B 2 workshops. Those who have already booked for the workshop please let me know either here or via DM on twitter or on the contact form which of the two you would prefer. But be quick because I am opening booking again for both these workshops….

From the above agenda you will see that you have various options. If you have booked to attend the photographic workshops by Nina and Sam (Option A 2) or the writing workshop with Jeanne and Jamie (Option A 3) then you are also free to attend Option B 1 after the tea break. Just be aware that the food and wine pairing will be limited to a maximum of 40 people so once again….let me know if you would like to attend it. If you  originally booked to attend the food & wine pairing workshop with Cathy (Option B 1), the food styling and photography workshop by Nina and Sam (Option B 2) or the writing workshop with Jeanne and Jamie (Option B 3) you also are free to attend Option A 1 before the tea break! Please contact me  if you have any queries.

Registration to date has been really good with almost 80% of space already booked. So now is the opportunity for those of you who have not yet booked to hop over to the booking page and quickly fill in the registration form. Please note that Option A 2 food styling and photography workshop is FULLY SUBSCRIBED!!

T minus 18 and counting……….and I am off to try and count some sheep!!
